The food is awesome I've never been disappointed with the food. The service on the other hand is lacking. The waitresses did not have any Hospitality skills and they seem very out of reality. They seem too caught up in the gossip and the drama of what's around them. When you have a couple of the older waitresses that seem to be Dazed and Confused half the time and other half the time to disappear thinking they know what you ordered but they really don't. Then if you did not leave a tip because of the poor service they throw a big fit.
Been a favorite for years. The cheese bread is the best. Had only one bit of a complaint and that was last night’s delivery of a Classic pizza was way greasier than I’ve ever had before at Pagliai’s.
The food was awesome as usual and and the place was clean that is the only reason I gave them a 3 star rating. The service is severely lacking. The waitresses are two busy standing around gossiping and playing into their drama while the other staff has no clue to what's going on.
This place was a great place but the food quality has greatly decreased. When I first started eating at Pagiai's The pizza was great and I didn't have any issue but in the last 6 months the quality of the food had really decreased. The service has also suffered greatly and is pretty disappointing. They act as if it's a huge imposition when a customer asks for a refill or order something else. I would not recommend anyone to ear this establishment until the owners get their act together and hire quality people and start making a quality product again.
I don't know of any pizza place I would prefer to go to. Pagliai's Pizza has been my favorite pizza joint for decades. The cheese bread is something to try, if you like that kind of stuff. Great place.
