I love this place but wished the mall honored it's hours. Went at 10 am for lunch waited for 30 minutes for someone who could prepare a wrap, and kept being told to wait. I feel bad for the ladies working, but was seriously disappointed in the situation.
I showed up 15 minutes before closing and they wouldn't serve me. Good thing the other food places were honoring their hours.
Schwarmas are delicious but the chicken pasta salad is the best.

Adding this. After 40 minutes we gave up and went to Subway. While we ordered the lady who told us to keep waiting at Massad's, served two other women their food. So much for no one there who could prepare a wrap.
I do not normally leave negative reviews but this is just annoying, muslims be wary, the shawarma is really tasty but the sauce has wine in it, and it's not labeled anywhere and we are not told unless specifically asked. They sell the sauce separately and saw that white wine is labeled as an ingredient.
