BBQ chicken sandwich had good meat but lousy BBQ sauce. Great chicken tenders. Staff were considerate and helpful. For some unknown reason they shut off the "open" sign at 8:45 pm though they don't close til 10 pm.
Stopped here a while back. Not sure how long they had been open but it seemed like they were not too good at their jobs yet. Super slow service and nobody seemed to care at all. After 20 minutes of waiting for our order, my wife asked for a refund and was ignored. The food came cold, with no apology.
A couple days ago I ordered a regular chicken sandwich with mustard & pickle only. I got mustard, pickle, lettuce and a ton of mayonnaise...which I absolutely cannot eat! Tonight my Husband ordered 3 spicy chicken sandwiches, 2 plain and 1 with mustard and pickle. The chic told him all they have is spicy chicken! Really??? She tried to make him feel stupid when they have a plain chicken sandwich on their menu and I had just got one! She said maybe it just wasn't spicy enough for you! Get familiar with your menu! You have a regular chicken sandwich!!!
Best Hardee's in town but don't go to the one on top of the hill
My experience at this Hardee's was ridiculous. We were on our way home and wanted something quick to eat. We ordered and everyone that walked in well after us got their food way before we did, and when we finally got our food (35 minutes after arriving) the staff who took our order hit the wrong button, and overcharged us for a sandwich we never even ordered. We ended up spending over an hour there waiting, so if you want good quick service, take it from me and go to the Perkins across the street
I hope they get their act together someday. This is a handy location for me.
