Great service, we sat at the bar! Server saved us money since it was happy hour! Tried a new appetizer, the beef quesadilla, it was fantastic and the # of mozzarella sticks you get is wow! We were full when we left!
My Husband and I both got the chicken with shrimp. It was very good! He got the garlic mashed potatoes and I tried the tater tot over garlic mashed potatoes dish...it was amazing! We both got brownie-bites and they were good too...just enough to get rid of a sweet tooth! Our waiter was a little scatterbrained but, not too bad! We played the trivia game on our tables ordering station too! We had a good visit and we will be back!
I have worked in the food service industry before so I am extremely understanding of any mistakes or anything that may affect the time in receiving food. I am definitely somebody who is on the servers side. What started out as a promising visit, tanked. Hard. The restaurant was not that busy when we arrived and it took over thirty minutes to receive our food. I got charged for a margarita I didn't even order, decided to just deal with it. The server didn't check in with us at all while we were waiting. A simple sorry for the wait would be aye okay and then have another employee bring our warm and cold food out and forget part of our orders. Not cool. Step it up on the customer service please.
It's Applebee's. Food is edible, but still highly processed and not exactly good for you. Point for slight taste. Prices are fair for what it is. You need a cheap first date? Perfect.
One of my favorite spots to go. Always good food, nice wait staff, and good happy hour specials.
