Good food, service was to-do, pricey

Had a really good melt with my dad. Not exactly a younger crowd, but I very much don't care. Clean and easy going. Had 3 different staff ask about refills which was really nice. Also FREE PIE ON WENSDAY.
I asked the waitress to tell me if their cinnamon rolls had cream cheese frosting on them or butter frosting. I told her that I didn't like cream cheese frosting. She brought the roll with cream cheese frosting. I would have ordered something else if that had been the case. I said nothing about the matter at the time. I understand that you can't change the frosting for one person. I'm not asking for that. I would have gotten something else had I known.
I moved to Minnesota for a short stint because of work. I walked in and immediately greeted with hospitality. Im from the south but seems to me people are nicer all around up here. Great food and environment. Awesome place to achieve a full belly!
