Don't go there at all! Might as well sleep in your car. Room smelled like old mildew. Wasn't clean. Here's the big one!! I booked through orbitz, so orbits handles the money! They have a new girl there who took my credit and charged a room under my card for a room for herself!!!!!!!! FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. manager Tim says he will reverse the fee now I have to wait for my money back while I contact a lawyer. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!
Very affordable and clean Hotel in Mankato. The manager is awesome "Christina" and tries to help u in every possible way and so are all the front desk stuff.
Average Super 8. Nice clean rooms. No frills. Average free breakfast. There was a Happy Chef restaurant next door.
Very easy to find and the staff on duty was very professional and courteous. Rare hot continental breakfast (at least what I've experienced anyways). Clean and even in a smoking double full bed room surprisingly did not have any home of being used by smokers.
Terrible!!! They had no record of our reservation. They have a no pet policy (requiring us to leave our dog with a sitter) but yet when I walk in they have 2 dogs running around the lobby. Chose this hotel because of “full breakfast and the pool” only to find out that they do NOT have a pool. And the breakfast consist of cereal. The room smelled moldy. A stranger walked into our room (using a key he received from the front desk) while we were sleeping. We had to get our keys replaced 4 different times during our one night stay because they would not open the door. The staff was super super rude. The beds were horrible. I didn’t even sleep 20 minutes all night. Do NOT stay here. Pay a little extra for something else. I guess the hotel has switched owners several times recently. It needs to switch again that’s for sure.
