We stopped in looking for a twin mattress for our daughter. When we first walked in we were greeted politely and were optimistic in hopes of a good experience. Unfortunately after talking to the sales associate about what we were looking for, our experience began to take a turn. I asked the associate to write down the prices on a sheet of paper for me (since we were going around looking for the best fit and wanted to remember the correct prices for each store we stopped at) to which he responded with " that one is 129 and the other is 159". Okay great, but I asked for it to be written down. I looked past his response and continue to asked a few more questions to which he seemed annoyed with. At this point I had experienced greater customer service else where and stopped our search to purchase where we had received top notch customer service. So my suggestion is that if you wish to purchase a matress, head over to Rooms and Rest and speak with Corey. He really got us a great deal and was genuinely interested in what fit our family needs best!
Bought the extended warranty on out $1500 chair and it has been broken for 5 months and still no repair. The same chair is in their showroom take the part off of that one and have them wait for the part. No just wait 5 more weeks for the part. The first day we were offered for the assessment was a Tuesday. Now I need to take a day off of work and still another part needs to be ordered. Don't waste your money.
My husband and I came into America's Mattress of Mankato after going to 3 different mattress stores over the last 2 weeks. Jay, the owner, was amazing at explaining the difference between the mattresses and did not try to get us to buy a more expensive mattress than what we really needed.
We purchased a mattress from American Mattress of Mankato a few weeks ago. It didn't work out for us. We had a hump down the meddle and could't roll over. It was like trying to roll up hill and forced us to sleep on the edge. We didn't get a queen size bed so we could sleep on the edge, we wanted room to move. But we had less room then we did with a double bed. I took pictures and showed them to Jay Quach store owner. Without hesitation he said it would be replaced. He took care of the problem immediately. We are very pleased with the service and quality of the product. We have been sleeping on it for about a week and a half, we sleep like a baby. Thank you Jay!!! The Kruegers
