Absolutely great customer service. The only reason that it's not getting five stars is because the first time we went in we were told that exchanges and returns are completely cost-free, but there was actually a delivery fee for doing either. However, when I went back in for the exchange, not only did the sales associate help me figure out why I was having trouble with my original mattress but he managed to even out the price so I didn't have to pay the fee after all! Would definitely shop here again.
