Checked in on a Friday and checked out sat.. Price was too high ($130) because a college function was going on. They jack their prices during special functions, which turned me off(It's Mankato, mn. for God's sake). The worst part was I forgot my $700 glasses and requested they mail them too me. They assured me it was as good as done, but I never got them and they couldn't give me a tracking number. They would knee jerk tell me things to placate me. After 2 weeks of nothing I assumed they were buying time because they had lost them or other. I opened case with corporate and it is now under investigation. I will never stay in one of their places again and will counsel others to steer clear or risk no security under their roof. VERY dishonest and irresponsible
The price was right and the room was clean. Soon we noticed this room had 5 Japanese Beetles and 6 gnats or fruit fly like insects flying around. We got rid of them but I could not sleep. I finally left the bathroom light on so the bugs would go in there. I brought this up to the blue/green haired lady at the front desk. I asked if they exterminate and she said, "We've never had to because we don't have insect issues."
Rooms kinda small. Breakfast is nice. Staff is helpful and friendly.
Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Very roomy suite. I did not have time for breakfast nor did I use their other amenities to comment
Was happy up until finding amethamphetamine paraphernalia sticking out of a support bar under the bathroom counter as I was picking up towels off the floor. Plus 1 day earlier was just out of the shower and housekeeping just let themselves into the room without knocking at around 730am even with please do not disturb door hanger on the Handle of the door. After trying to consult management as well as have them call me was informed by front desk attendant that he wouldn't be willing to do anything about it. Even though she admitted it was error on there part ( housekeeping) for not noticing it there. But only that manager was to busy to talk to me in this regaurd and even if I waited he wouldn't be talking to me and there was nothing they would do.
We will not be staying there again.
