I purchased my washer and dryer from Quality Appliance and have had my set nearly 15 years. I love my commercial style washer. I purchased the washer/dryer set from Quality Appliance because they had the 3/4 turn washer that I was looking for. Quality has great appliances, great service and when I wanted another freezer, I knew that I would purchase it from them. Now we are ready to purchase a second freezer and I'm going back to Quality Appliance. They live up to their name: Quality all the way!
I always love the service I get when buying appliances at Quality Appliance. Today I showed up at 9:00am in need of a washing machine. By 2:30 it was installed and ready to be used. I was REALLY impressed with how careful the installers were of not scratching our floors. As always, I'LL BE BACK!!

It has been almost 15 years that I bought a side by side refrigerator from quality appliance and television. I am glad to say that it’s a nice product. There is nothing disappointing about the services they provide whether it’s about their customer service or anything else. I can say this so confidently because, last week, my fridge stopped unexpectedly so I called them, and on the same day, they checked the issue and got it repaired quickly. The team at quality reacted so quickly and professionally. They are highly recommendable.
We bought a dishwasher from Quality appliance about 3 years ago and have had nothing but troubles with it from the start. Had one of their technicians take a look at it and tried to fix it to no avail. Only half of the dishes end up clean each time we run it. Pretty sure they sold us a refurbished product.Very disappointed with this store.
