When I came to the store the staff was very friendly. It appeared that I was going to have a positive experience with them. The salesperson said that he would put together an estimate on a dishwasher, fridge and stove and I would have it a few days later. I called yesterday to inquire about the quote that I had never received. The salesperson I spoke with apologized and said that he would look into it and get back to me in a hour which he never did. It's been over a week without a response. My business most not have been very important to them if they can't provide me with a quote or at the very least a call back.
Dan, Linda & Curt were great in helping with an assembly question we had on our new Napoleon grill. Thanks to everyone! This is a fantastic grill! I researched gas grills for almost 10 months and the ROGUE® 425 with Infrared Side Burner is the best we have seen (Yes...better than Weber)! We are looking forward to grilling all year long!
