I ordered a replacement keyboard for my laptop and it took them a month to get it in. I called them several times to get information and they only called me back once to say it would take even longer than they had anticipated. They never even called to let me know it had come in, when I called to check they said that 2 keyboards had come in and they had no idea which was mine so they treated it like it had not come in yet.
The new owners and management are courteous and knowledgeable. Say hi to the cute shop dog too.
College students that don't know what's going on employed by someone that doesn't seem to care.

One of the times I called in, found out that it had taken them about a week to just place the order then later found out that they ordered from the wrong supplier so they had to start all over. I'm glad I only had them get the part for me, if they were doing the work on it too it would probably be another month before I saw my computer again.
The place seems like it is run by amateurs and I will never go back.
I had a question about Microsoft Office 365 and not only were they responsive, but they were courteous and offered me a few other options to fit my needs. For any other issues I have with my computer, I'll definitely be taking my machine to Wendy & Rock, the new owners and managers.
