Very helpful employees who seem to know their stuff. It didn't matter what area of the store we were in, there was always someone coming up to us to help. This is great especially in the holiday season. Special shout out to Gabe for helping us out the most and making us feel we got the best deal with the best item.
I like new revamp. I usually buy my electronics on Amazon but when I need something quick I go to Best Buy.
Typical best buy store. I was happy to see they had a couple items that were out of stock at competitors so I bought there. Sometimes employees are a little too helpful and it can get bothersome

Ordered our gas range here and did it in less than a half hour. We already knew what we wanted walking in the door, we were going to order it from Lowe's but delivery was out a few weeks and we didn't want to wait. So we decided that if Best Buy could get it to us sooner we'd get it there. We got it in less than a week, and their delivery guys were AWESOME! I would definitely buy from them again. If I were rating the delivery alone it would be a 5, but our sales guy tried to charge us for a cord thing that is only needed for electric ranges. My husband questioned it and the guy gave us a song and dance that none of the ranges have a cord attached but the delivery guys have to install it. Of course the delivery guy said "that's only for electric ranges" when I asked about it, sigh. In the end we weren't charged for the cord, but the salesman shouldn't have dropped a load of bull instead of double checking himself. That kind of thing is what makes customers leery of salespeople in general.
