The staff is very friendly and they try to be helpful. However, when our Buy One Get One Free didn't get honored, they promised to fix it, and then asked us to wait. We waited a year, opened three cases with AT&T and they still promised to "make it right." We ended up with a bunch of store credit. Did we get our money back. No. Did we get a bunch of store credit, yes.
It's likely staff with few options. But that still gets low ratings in my book.
Love love the staff and Sean at this store have never been disappointed in the service or the friendly staff ! If you had a 10 star rating they would definitely get that ! Highly recommend this location to everyone

Great customer experience. They opened the door for us and treated us like family. The store is beautiful and is 1 of 3 store of the futures in all of Minnesota. Best experience ever in a cell phone store. Service is great too. Did you know AT&T bought DirecTV? I didn't but have it now and it's great. They combined my bill and everything.
I went to the store for a billing problem and was miss leaded several times. I was extremely disappointed as I was told nothing could be done to solve the error that the store made by putting an additional lane in my plan, the guy who did it wasn't even sorry about it and said that I had to cancel my existing number to reduce the bill. Finally I met MATT who was really polite and only knowledgeable person in the entire store who was able to fix my problem and make it right. I still can't believe how one sales executive told me that he had 5 years experience working in the company and it was impossible to solve my problem. HOW COULD HE!
