Connor Byro and the folks at Snell Collision did an outstanding job of replacing my windshield. It was our first time using Snell and we will definitely be back for little or big jobs. He had the glass ready well in advance of my appointment, arranged a great lift back to my office after drop-off and had the car finished and detailed right on time. He and Josh also initiated the call to my insurance company for me to ensure the work was explained correctly to them. This could not have been smoother!
After looking my car over I'm happy with the work that was done. If I ever have a need for body work on my Cadillac I'll be bringing it back to Snell.
Jon is the GREATEST!!! I received outstanding service from the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out with my Chevy Equinox!!! While the service is great, they will try to push you to do more than what is needed. (Such as new tires when the old ones are fine). However, they do great work and keep you informed along the way. We keep returning because I know my car will be in good hands and it will be fixed correctly the first time.
Two years ago I was in a terrible accident that totaled my GMC Terrain. I loved that car. My husband was working in Alaska at the time, and so I had to purchase my next vehicle alone. I went to Snell and was very fortunate to be paired up with Brian Holmen. He was kind, understanding, and in tune to my needs. He never tried to upsell me or pressure me in any way. I wanted another Terrain, and he made it all happen. He found a beautiful used 2015 Terrain with just a couple hundred miles on it. .Done Deal! I tried to leave a review way back then on my phone, but it kept glitching. I always meant to write one using my computer, but never did...until now. Thanks, Brian. Sorry it took me so long!
I recently had my Cadillac into the body shop at Snell. I have to say that Josh and Conner were great. I felt very satisfied with the service that I received from both of them and the department as a whole. They kept in constant contact with me via phone and email. They also explained all the steps in the process and answered all my questions. They also took care of everything with my insurance.
