I quickly called and let them know of the issue and they were great at replacing the stripped lugs at no additional cost and detailed my car. I was thinking this business is great at making a mistake right!
My husband and I made our first car purchase (ever) with Luther Mankato Honda. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the service that we thought we would get. Our salesperson seemed very uninterested in us and selling the car to us. Their manager was also very rude and didn’t make us feel comfortable at all. After driving down to Mankato to pick up our new car we almost left without our paperwork and a temporary permit slip because they “forgot.” I had to walk back into the dealership and ask for it. Later, I asked how long it would take to get our plates and was informed that our plates would be sent to our apartment. I received a call today that our plates arrived at the dealership with no note saying it was supposed to be sent to our apartment. What terrible customer service and communication! Would never recommend anyone to buy a car here.
Luckily the same day I changed pads and rotors to find all wheels were loose and a set stripped.....
Just stopped for regular maintenance oil change tire rotation love the service department staff are very helpful and knowledgeable wait times I've never had to wait for more than an hour to get service done which is completely awesome with a hectic schedule
I had my oil/fluids changed and tires rotated a couple months ago. (Since I don't have multiple Jack's)
Gerry is bad for business. Why does that guy still work there??? Dude has no customer service skills, hes extremely slow, and is probably the rudest guy there. I have seen people get fired for having the same attitude that guy wears every day.
Bought my new vehicle there about a year ago and the sales staff was so helpful the whole time, made the process supper easy and painless. Now I always bring my car there to get serviced because the service department knows what they are doing and they don't try to push extra services on me. I will continue to buy from them in the future and highly suggest you do as well.
