Eli was great! He listened carefully to our desired features in the KIA and found exactly what we wanted. His attention to detail, good humor and personality gained our trust. Most importantly, his knowledge of the cars resulted in our total satisfaction. We love, love, love our Sorento. When we are in the market for a car again, we will seek Eli out.
I was interested in the 2017 Kia Optima good thing we showed up the night before the car was a dirty looks like shoes on the seat, sticky stuff on passenger seat and the middle was full of someone’s personal stuff. They tried selling me a demo with 2000 miles on it. They claimed his coworker driving it. If it was in the condition of what I saw it in . I could imagine how they drove it. Salesman called the next day I said no.. next thing rude used car sales Manager started raising his voice at me and couldn’t take no for answer . He finally told me he didn’t want my business fine with me. Four days later I get credit application in the mail wanting my income. I have tried calling the General manager and even emailed him no response. Glad it didn’t work out they tried pulling a fast one on me telling me it was the same Kia I looked at before the one I liked had the quilt pattern with the launch edition. This wasn’t it...
Kia of Mankato is amazing! The service is absolutely incredible! I came in looking for a specific car and Justin and Josh were able to give me a great deal, better than any other dealer in Mankato. Such friendly service from the front desk staff, to the sales floor, to the people in the service department! I will definitely be back in the future if I need any other cars and will be recommending to friends and family!

If you scroll through the reviews they were rude when they said no. Then they try to play it no record you were here anything to make it look good to them.
Had a good buying experience and got a 2018 Kia Forte with Apple play and I love it! I worked with Justen and after a lot of hard work we got it done! I suggest asking for Justen when you walk in because he is great!
I went to another Kia and bought the one I wanted and they weren’t rude. If the general manager can’t take 5 minutes to call or respond to email that isn’t saying much for a company.
On my first trip to Kia, I ended up leaving with a new car. It was easily the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Randy and Josh asked me all the right questions and helped us find the perfect fit and I couldn't be happier! I rather enjoyed banging that gong as well! Thanks for a great experience.
