I purchased my Ford Fusion last summer and had an excellent experience. Erik is great to work with and helped me pick out a car I love! Ryan and Jenny in the service department have really been good to me, same with the body shop manager regarding another vehicle I had. I trust their service staff and am treated respectfully all the way to Tom and the other shuttle drivers. Mankato Ford has changed positively over the last 25 years. I gave them a try again about 6 years ago and now I won't go anywhere else--the staff and management have earned my loyalty.
