My fiance was pushed into a car that she did not want but felt like she had no other option, she was asked to lie to the finance company. Turns out she is paying over 20,000 for a used car we had appraised for trade in today for 3700! Clean retail value is 7800! How poor of them to take advantage of her:( we will be emailing the manager/owner to hopefully make this right or trade her into a car that's actually worth 20,000. Buying a car should not make you feel guilty. If you couldn't finance her based on facts then you should have turned her away. Morals people!
They have a great team. They were very happy to work with both myself and my mother in getting us into good reliable cars that fit what what we were looking for. The ability to get into good reliable cars, that of which we didn't have before, has taken a load of stress of our backs. All of which couldn't have been done without Dan Mertens and the Hyundai team. 10/10 would recommend going to them for your next new purchase or trade in.
