I needed a new battery installed in my car and I needed done while on a break from work. I am a merchandiser and rely on my car to start everytime, which it wasn't doing, to get to different locations during the day. I showed up without an appointment and was greeted in an extremely professional, friendly manner. They got my car right in and I was out in about 30 minutes. I CANNOT say enough good things about my experience at this dealership. The pricing was very fair and actually less expensive than the autoparts stores in town. The people, from the receptionist, the service writer and the employee who helped me check out. Fantastic staff all around. I would absolutely recommend this dealership based on this service alone. It takes a great team to make a dealership as fluid as this one and at I know for a fact that at least on the service side, Mankato Motors has an exceptional team.

First of all, my experience with this dealership has been amazing. Jesse Severson and Pat Adams are very professional who handled all the process. I was able to get this car within a day. Being out of state, I was informed daily of the progress of the purchase. They even picked me up from the airport and Jesse explained everything in detail. He even followed up with me when I was back in Texas which was very rare but that is why these guys are professional. I will definitely recommend buying the car from this dealership if you are also buying out of state since you will have a piece of mind and these guys will take care of you and your purchase.
