Ordered some parts that would possibly take a few days to get but the parts guy was awesome and managed to get the parts, even the hard ones next day on a Saturday. I had just bought a Nissan from another dealer and it had a car starter that wasn't working rite. Found out they where an authorized dealer and installer so I had them take a quick check to see if they could fix it since the other dealership had no clue, well they figured it out and it worked great. I would totally recommend this dealership. Everyone was very inviting and pressure free.
Hey Ive had a 1995 Honda Del Sol, sorry,, but Ive had 3 of these fun cars, got word that Heinz Collision and paint were very good. Mike D. Took the reins and properly prep'd and painted my puddle - jumper. Got it looking like new even if it is that other Japanese car,. Which I truly appreciated, thanks again Heintz.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle, and for vehicle service too. I recently purchased a car from them and I'm happy with it, but what really won them my business was their staff. I had sold my old car and I was looking to upgrade so I went to a few other dealerships in Mankato. The other ones were really pushy and tried too hard to sell me a car, to the point that it was just annoying. Other dealerships also had me fill out paperwork before letting me test drive a vehicle which also bugged me. Not at heintz though. They were very professional and I liked it. A guy named Greg helped us and he was not pushy, and let us do the choosing. And when we wanted to test drive a car he just needed my license, which was good because they didn't make me fill out pointless paperwork. Greg also answered any questions we had in a very polite manner. All in all I really appreciate how easy going and polite they were. I also get all of my car services done their and they do a great job all the time. I definitely trust them when my car needs service and I would highly recommend this place.
Picked up a 2015 Scion Fr-s and management was impolite. Hope I don't have to come here again!
