Staff is fairly knowledgeable, store is well organized and clean.
I went into this store last week and received the worst customer service I have ever had!! I had my three young children with me, two of them are toddlers and when I was trying to get my hair dye so I could do my hair my children were getting restless and acting up because it was taking me a while to find what I needed! No one asked me if I needed help every time I tried to ask for help I would get blown off and when I went to check out I got nothing but attitude from the girl working and I knew it was because my kids were being rambunctious. Someone could of helped me find what I was looking for so it would of been a quick ten minute stop in the store like I had planned but instead it took me almost a half an hour. After I paid for my things I said to the girl "Thank you! Have a nice day" and she walked away like i wasn't even there! She didn't bother to ask me if I had found everything okay or nothing she was completely RUDE!! I could tell she wasn't happy about my kids but then she should of helped me from the beginning so I could get in and out! I will be sure to tell my friends and family how horrible the customer service is here! Definitely disappointing!!!
