Called their customer service line on a sunday afternoon and was kept on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up.
I am extremely satisfied with my visit to Petco in Mankato - the staff is incredibly friendly, and they helped me find all of the best products to buy for my new puppy, as well as give me the best price available. I will be back again soon.
We like getting our dog food here, I wish they had a better bird selection though,..the staff is helpful and friendly.
I took my dog in for her 1st haircut. She was afraid of the clippers and they couldn't cut her hair. Prior to them calling me to let me know they managed to give her a $40 bath. What a joke.
They have a good selection for decent prices but do not care for their animals well. Saw a gravely dehydrated smaller they're in my last visit.
