The prices are ridiculous. I was charged $15.99 for a regular brown box. They even charged me to tape it. Would not recommend at all, use USPS. We were quoted $12.89 at Fed Ex and ended up shipping it at USPS for $4.60.
The lady wouldn't ship my box because it was to light and wasn't heavy enough and wouldn't accept my package and plus she open it up to see what's in there how rude of her
Brought in a BMX bike frame and alot of parts. The woman behind the desk was very knowledgeable on packing everything properly and and secure. The price was good compared to UPS and was a way better experience.
I avoid FedEx at all cost. But sometimes you have to use FedEx. I always have to run to their big plant by fleet farm, major loss of time and ressources for everybody. The shop itself has nice people, they just take forever to do anything.
