Knowledgeable, experienced staff. Sadly for me they don't carry Adidas, but they had other good options.
I've always been greeted as soon as I enter the door. Staff took the time to talk with me about what I needed and wanted and were able to give great advice and suggestions. In the end I got exactly what I wanted and the shoes were really good. I can't say enough good things about RVR!

Very customer-oriented! Toby was more than willing to spend the time to make sure my questions were answered and that I left happy. Very helpful and full of information! I even got a thank you card in the mail for visiting!
I stopped in by accident. Glad I did! The owner provided awesome customer service, I wasn't rushed or pressured to buy! He gave me several shoes to try, listened to the issues I've been having with my feet, offered a few exercises that I can do (for free with no benefit to him) and did a video analysis of me running in the shoes where we both saw my ankles were rolling inward (pronation I think he called it?) Looking forward to going back next time I need shoes!
