Super service. The gentleman who helped me went out of his way to ensure a smooth process and went above and beyond in the customer service department.
Asked for help finding some plastic from 2 different people on floor. Both sent me opposite directions and I left without What I came for.
Had them install carpet in my home . First off the installers are nice gentleman however do not speak good English. I was not happy with the seams After SEVERAL phone calls the owner of the installation company came down and supposedly fixed them. They still look the same. I have been in contact with Lowes installation office 2 weeks ago and have had no response as to if/when they will be fixed.
I shop at Lowes for their seasonal and indoor plants...Always fun seeing the store changing with the holidays
Aug. 30 - ordered an egress online with estimated Sept. 20 arrival. Sept. 20 comes and I'm told Oct. 4. Then Oct. 4 comes and I'm told Oct. 19. I won't be waiting for this window because I'm canceling the order and going to Menards! I will never be special ordering from Lowes again. Very poor customer service.
