My husband and I have only good things to say about the selection and quality of items at C and S Supply. The low rating comes as a result of the astounding lack of understanding from a manager when my husband needed to use the restroom. My husband has a physical disability that impacts his need to use the restroom urgently, especially in cold weather. The men’s restroom was in use. He asked if he could use the women’s since they are single toilet restrooms (only one person in the restroom at a time essentially). The manager said no, and continued to say no even after being informed of the impact of the disability. I’m not sure exactly what danger the manager thought my husband posed in his wheelchair, unable to walk across the room. Really, it’s not so much the initial no answer that is upsetting. It is the dismissive attitude with absolutely zero attempt at customer service. In the future, if a comparable product is available from a competitor I will pay more. I can’t say I will never shop at C and S Supply because that would be unfair to the cheerful young man who entertained my three year old daughter with bolt sorting activities when she was waiting for her daddy to use the restroom. ( thankfully the previous customer came out in time).
I bought a carhart coat from here, wore it once around the house, figured it was to stiff for me. So like most people that don't like what they get, I wanted to return it and buy a different coat. C and S doesn't return things that have been tried on. So I guess that every coat, hat, bibs, gloves, or whatever other apparel in that store that has been tried on should be throw in the trash. Because they don't keep products that have been worn/ tried on.
This is the best place to come for almost any supplies! Today I needed a new shaft for my McCloud and Jon took the time to replace the old one with the new, it ended up being a bigger project then expected. Really appreciate his help! It saved us a lot of time at home.

I can always find what I am in need of plus something of of a surprise when I shop at c&s. Today it was boots and they were on sale.
