I stopped in this afternoon, told I’d have a 30 minute wait...ok. I watched 3 people come and get ahead of me on the list. I understand the app for appointments has advantages, but while I sat there waiting, to see people placed ahead was more than I cared to tolerate.
Great place to get a haircut,But I don't like it that everytime I go they seem to messup my hairline
Came early and waited in my car for 15 minutes. Was told I had to wait 45 minutes because people at home checked in online faster than I could open the door and walk up to the counter. Absolutely idiotic.
Nice, fast, friendly and reasonable priced discount for Veterans.
If you like wasting your time this is the place to go. I arrived to a great clips with only two staff members that were more intrested in talking to eachother then cutting hair. Mind you that i did arrive with about 20 people check in online, but no customers were present so it was suggested that i should wait because they could squeeze me in. Long story short after a hour and a half of watching the staff talk to eachother, have lunch, and the online customers showing up whenever they felt like it (pushing me further down the list of importance) I had enough. This has happened to me several at this great clips. If you do wish to get your hair cut i suggests going to a different place or check in online and screw people over.
I finally just left....won’t be back or going to any of these stores again.
