No good doctors and they pretend like they are giving the best service possible. In reality they just trying to milk cash out of you. Since they dont have any good qualified doctors, they try to make their profits by selling their own products. But these products are twice the price as normal store bought products and half as good. They charge you randomly and more importantly they do not treat your pet neither with care nor with sympathy
I was at the vet today with my daughter and a customer was having problems with the receptionist. The customer asked the receptionist for her name as she was leaving the building. The receptionist immediately stormed after the customer from behind the desk and confronted her at the exit. Needless to say words were exchanged and my young daughter heard everything. I don't know the background story but the customer asked for her name only. It was not professional as she threaten to call the cops on the customer and didn't take her to a back office to discuss the problem. We will not be coming back here in the future nor do we recommend the professionalism of the front desk staff.
I have taken my dog to this institution. My dog was sick and none of the doctors could properly diagnose her. They were giving different diagnosis and at different times. Then I researched on the doctors and found out their qualification was next to nothing. And they gave me random cost estimation at different times. I had to go to them a lot of times as they wanted to monitor my dog. At the end she did not survive and I hope people don't have to go through situation like me. I feel like all the positive reviews are given my themselves
One of the most abysmal health care place I've ever encountered. The place doesn't have competent staff to treat the animals. It tries to sell their own product by saying that those are more beneficial but in reality those are even worse than store bought product. They do not tell you exactly for which they are charging and the costs are just arbitrary. I've taken my cat to this place but due to lack of care and proper treatment he didn't survive
This has been our primary clinic for the last 15 years. High Quality, concerned, caring staff. Through all of our well-dog and emergency care visits for our family's pets and even through a death, they have consistently provided the best service we have received from clinics in the Mankato area. Techs are also highly trained and provide excellent care and advice. I would always recommend River Hills clinic in Mankato for pet owners!
