This is such a great place to live, with so many amenities like a basketball court, a hot tub, a very big and well lit parking lot that always has helpful security there to prevent college kid-type damages, and multiple workout facilities that are readily accessible and free-to-all, just to name a few!! The best part is they have such a wonderful staff led by their Marketing Manager who doesn’t stop at anything to make the life of those that live there more fun and easygoing, especially after the stress of classes and exams! I personally recommend their apartments, especially their cachet apartments, to anyone that’s looking for an affordable place that’s close to campus and will make you feel like a king at home!
They showed us nice pictures of apartments online and then when we went to look they said that they couldn't show us our apartment or any apartment in the building we would be living in. Instead they showed us another place that they said it was nicer than our apartment. There was mold dripping from every single corner, and I have pictures if anyone is interested. Animals live in these rooms and they never get cleaned out. There are serious building defects and if an inspector ever came through they would shut this place down. They lied to us about charging a $50 extra fee per month per tenant that goes to nothing it's just a fee. And they lied about having a pool, gym, and hot tub. They do not any. I think they added two or three cheapo treadmills to their office. They tried to charge us for 12 months even though we would only be there for nine. We wanted to move in in September, but they still would have charged us for June July August and for next June as well even though we would have to move out in the first week they were going to charge us for the entire month. I can see how they can rip off 19 and 20-year-old kids just looking for out there first place on their own, but as soon as anyone with any kind of common sense steps into that place they will know better. And any kind of rental property that won't show you your apartment before you sign the lease and move in is a scam. Would you buy a house to live in without knowing what it looked like?
BEST wifi around. The rooms are pretty open and thought out. The new apartments are clean, big, and peaceful. The police do a quick search through the parking lot once every hour or so. They also have a pool AND a hot tub.... enough said....
Management isn't as terrible as others are saying. They are actually understanding and willing to listen to concerns, but anything maintenance wise is an absolute joke. They walk all over you to get the problem fixed and it turns out the problem never did end up getting fixed. We discovered mold in our new cachet apartment after a leak from our neighbors which maintenance claimed wasn't mold until we personally had an inspector come out and say there was mold. We talked with management who was very nice and willing to work with us and do what it takes to make things right again. The problem is finally being fixed the right way a week later after jumping through some hoops. Overall the apartments as a whole are very nice as long as you don't need any maintenance work done.
The pool and hot tub are awesome I’m staying in the cachet 3 bedroom and everything is super new. The new appliances are great. Management can get pretty busy but they are always happy to help even when they have a heavy work load. They also put on event each month which are really nice and give you something fun and free to do they almost have food at these events to!
