The issues are the bugs and the building that I was in. There were so many box elder bugs! It's so annoying to kill them. It took some time for them to stop coming into my apartment, a bit after winter started which I found was odd. I also found a wasp in my toilet, alive and swimming, and the lid was closed the whole entire time! Don't know where it came from. The air conditioner is good, but its in the living room so at night it gets very hot and opening the window doesn't help. As for the building I live in, there were always issues to the point they have to turn off the electricity and the water, twice.
Its a very nice and affordable apartments. Love it
The apartment was nice and everything was cleaned before I moved in. This apartment is too huge for me and cheaper than Highland's one room apartment by at least $100. It's a very quiet area and you can hear someone walking outside, down the hall and even upstairs as well. The service is good, landowner is very nice and polite and maintenance is just a bit slow, but no complaints.
Old fashion building should be renovated!
