Great price for the quality! The staff is excellent! They will fix anything they need to and make it right for the residents. They are continuously updating and fixing things to make college station better.
I came to College Station in 2013 and they looked so run down. This year (2017), I signed a lease because the rent was cheap. I was so surprised at how much nicer the units look! So clean, dishwasher, nice A/C, spacious bathrooms and huge living room! And they gave me $150 gift card for signing! These people are sweet and usually are there when I need to get ahold of them. No problems yet, very pleasant experience
I am new to the college station life this year as a transfer student and I LOVE living here!! The price is great for everything you have and the apartments are really nice! I have had no issues either! The office has been great to help me out whenever I need it also! I would recommend to anyone! :)
The leasing agent- Taylor- is very helpful with any questions that you have. The apartments are nicely kept up. Also rent is very reasonable compared to other places in the area. Over all its a great place to live.
College Station is a wonderful place to live. The property manager Sara works very closely with residents to make sure everyone is happy where they live. There is a great backyard space and there are pet-friendly buildings! Overall, I have had a great experience living here over the past year.
