The manager is literally doing 4 people's jobs (and trying REALLY hard) and the owner doesn't care. I had several mold issues in my ceiling and all they could do is come and paint over it. The elevator always feels like it is going to break. The halls wreak like moisture.
This place is a dump. Avoid at all costs! Nothing gets fixed, rent is absured, pool no longer is funtionable, security door has been broke for 2 weeks now. Lindahl's are slumloards.
Been here 8 months and I don't want another lease. The Manager is wonderful. But the Lindahls have sticky fingers with checks and don't cash them sometimes for months!!! Great amenities but at some point enough is enough. Manager worked to death and the owners don't care.
