I've rented or toured with almost every property management company in Mankato and Lloyd is hands down the best! We live in a property previously owned by Atwood and it was a wreck when Lloyd recently took it over. I could go on for days about the neglect this building saw when Atwood ran it but within a few weeks of Lloyd Management taking over they've repaired common areas that were in shambles, actually enforced non-smoking laws, and made repairs in our unit that have been left undone for a year. On top of that they went out of their way to work with us to coordinate our moving schedule and employees respond to our questions very quickly. Maintenance only took a few days to fix our bathroom sink rather than a few weeks and the staff is very friendly, but also straight forward about business. The ONLY thing I wish is that they offered more pet friendly housing in Mankato so I could have rented with them sooner!
Poor customer service across the board. The showing agent was difficult to schedule with, late to the appointment, and had poor follow up. Management is the same and does not respond to customer concerns.
HORRIBLE place to live. Townhomes are built very poorly, things break or fall apart often and managment is terrible. I highly recommend you reconsider living here, you will be happy with that decision!
HORRIBLE experience renting from Lloyd Management. Regional manager threatened to evict if we didn't rehome our ADA Compliant pet. Reached out to Lloyd president with no response. Very glad to be done renting from them.
