Taken this bus between to Cities to Mankato many times. Always friendly and helpful drivers who get you there on schedule. Prices are fair too. I would highly recommend this service!
Clean van and great service. I felt very safe.
For future riders: make sure your standing at the pick up outside, rain or snow, and be able to jump onto a moving vehicle.

Both my husband and I have used Land to Air Express on several occasions. I've had 3, yes THREE bad experiences with them and, I hate saying it, buy I wouldn't use them if given a better option. Yesterday was the final straw. I was on an international flight and knew that I might not make the 3:30 bus, depending on how quickly customs moved. My husband had called ahead to see if I could buy a ticket at the airport, if I got there in time and was assured there would be no problem. The person on the phone was friendly. When I arrived at the desk at 3:20, having sprinted with a backpack and two suitcases from customs, there was no one at the desk, but another customer was waiting who assured me he was there for the 3:30. When the driver arrived a couple minutes later and I asked if I could purchase a ticket, he gave me grief for a minute (took me off guard) and then said, 'well it will be $35". He took my card, blah, blah, blah. I asked if there was a bathroom nearby and he proceeded to tell me that I didn't have time for that, he was loading up and the bathroom was downstairs. I was taken aback, but said, "OK, fine". He realized he was being an ass, so said, "how long do you need, we have to get loaded up". Yes, in front of a crowd of riders he asked a 50 year old woman how long she needed to use the bathroom. It was rude. Had I not been jetlagged and running straight for 35 hours on now sleep, I would have told him that I was only going #1, so it should be quick! Instead, I dropped my bags, sprinted to the bathroom and was back 4 minutes before he even pulled the bus up. There was a guy from New York on the shuttle and he said to me, "wow, usually people in Minnesota are nicer than people in New York.". I want to say that I work in management in a customer service based industry and I would be devastated if my staff ever treated people so rudely.
Customer Service was helpful, but did not refund our ticket instead offering future services.
Had a 7:10 pick up time at MNSU- CSU and the bus driver didn’t even stop to pick anyone up and just kept driving, probabaly because he was already late. Business wasn’t open for another hour, so we couldn’t get ahold of anyone.
What a great service to and from MSP Airport! The driver I had to the airport was so nice and we had a good visit! It was 4:15 a.m.. We are very lucky to have such a great service with great service! Thank you Land to Air!!
