Very poor service !! Our server Charlie brought out food we didn’t order along with the food we ordered. When we told him we didn’t order that he took it all back then brought it back saying the unordered food was on the house then came back and took it away saying that the Manager won’t give anymore so he has to take it back to throw it. The janitor was nosy and rude and jumped into our conversation when it wasn’t welcome. I ordered ice cream and it was expired or gone bad seeming very dry and hard almost unchewable. When I told our server about it he argued it was good and that’s how it’s supposed to be because it’s been in the freezer an that’s how it gets. I asked If I could talk to the manager and he argued asking why. The janitor jumped into the conversation again and insured the ice cream was good. When the manager finally showed up she argued too and said it was good when it very obviously wasn’t. Then she finally admitted and offered us discounts. The service ruined our night out and id definitely not go to this place again.
This is the worst restaurant I've ever seen. The food is unpalatable, The service is poor and the price is expensive!
Came here with my parents for Father's Day this year. Went to the hostess 5 minutes prior to my reservation to let her know that I was here, but was waiting on my parents yet. In a very rude, condescending, and sarcastic tone I was questioned about the reliability of my parents actually showing up and how long it would be until they got here, by a very young obviously inexperienced girl. I told her, they were on their way. As I was walking to be seated, I was stopped by a server who I was also interrogated by demanding to know when my parents would be there. (Lots of trust issues from the staff here) I AGAIN, told him that they were on their way. At this point not too impressed. I've been in the restaurant not even 5 minutes and I've already been questioned by not one, but two separate people about the reliability of my parents showing for Father's Day dinner, and demanding a timeline of where they were at and much longer they would be. Thankfully, the food and performance were good, but unfortunately doesn't make up for the nearly $200 spent there and the disrespectful treatment from the hostess and server.
Food was okay. Not as good as it was the last time I ate there. The service was bad!! The whole order had mistakes. We had to ask for the soup and salad that we were suppose to get, had to ask to fix the mistake on my friends order. I was not given the right order and even brought it to the attention of the staff who did not fix it. I was then billed for food I did not get. The manager only took 4 dollars off my bill.
Unfortunately had a bad experience here. We love hibachi restaurants and thought we would make the hour drive to try this one. Unfortunately the experience was less then savory. Food was bad, tasted like chemicals and the chef wasn't very inviting. Was hoping for better.
