The bartender also came over with a new drink and apology.
Good food.. but a huge party came in and they set the table up 5 tables long behind us and we could barely get away from our table. Maybe next time they could do it the long way and not the short way. Pretty rude.
At the end of all this the manager made a drive by to also apologize and to let the advocate know the first round was on the house....
What a great way to honor the advocate.
It was good food and good service. I personally am not a fan of loud places. But it was a good experience.

The bottom broke out of a glass and on to a advocate....the waiter handheld himself professionally, apologizing, cleaning up the mess, and making sure all his other tables during this process were taken care of.
Great place to go for a fun snack/meal, day out with buddies/family, just about anything. This location gets insanely busy on Friday and Saturday nights with people coming from out of town just to get some wings. Incredible selection of TV's to watch a bunch of sports. Have never had an issue going here and not seeing "my game" on a TV. The service is usually good however between the beer, wings and sports I've never really paid attention to the servers.
To the waiter who handled this with such grace...... you deserve a raise. What a professional you are... wish there was more like you....
The waitress we had was not friendly. She hardly checked back to see if we needed anything. I asked her about the rewards program and how I redeem one of the rewards. She told me that she would enter my phone number so I would get my appetizer for free. By the time I was in my vehicle, I realized, she never asked for my phone number. I'll take some responsibility for not going back or reminding her. At the time, I had my 3 month old with me so I was getting her ready and forgot. Other than that, the food was great! I love watching football & hockey on their big screens.
