If I could give no stars I would. Terrible customer service in store and overall. Called district manager to make a complaint about the branch after receiving awful service 3 times visiting the store in a row and he never called back.
If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely the worse customer service. Insisted I didn't need updated paperwork for my diamond warranty and now that a diamond is missing I'm being told that I have to pay for the replacement cause I don't have updated paperwork. Absolutely ridiculous.
