The dr was nice but the fitters and schedulers are literally mean and super greasy.

My daughter and I have gone for years. Prescriptions are always accurate and everyone who works there is always very polite.

SERIOUSLY 4 And I Mean FOUR freaking times I have made appointments at vision works here in the mall in Mankato just to get rejected and cancelled every single appointment. They have not ONCE bothered to help me out they just make me drive all the way over there to waste my time. Worst and I mean WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have EVER DEALT WITH and experienced in my life.
Always friendly and pleasant. It’s a busy place - but I’ve only had good experiences.
