If I could give 0 stars I would. People there are nice enough but there's more to customer service than being nice. They need to learn to do their job.
Like all the other negative reviews on here, my experience is pretty much the same. Dr. Ifeci Anyadioha does not care about you or even attempt to get personal with you or try to get to know you or your problems. He just does a quick glance at the files and says what HE wants to do. And of course he wants to go right into steroid injections because they cost $3,000+ each, this place is all about money and that's it. There's really no genuine empathy or show of concern towards the patient. It's a total joke.
The staff is very nice & professional. The new doctor is nice but very rough during procedures even with anesthesia. Never had that problem with Dr. Metta. I have been going here for years & it used to help, but it seems I'm worse now. I'm going to have to find other options. I will miss the doctors & nurses, because they are all so nice, but I need to find a solution.
In the same if not more pain than two years ago when I started. Nurses are nice and professional. Dr. Doesn't seem to figure out how to give me relief. I'm tired of being stuck in my back over and over with the same results. I sit for half hour to hour in waiting room for Dr visits, one time ten minutes late because of car problems two hour drive, they can't see me. I go home in a great deal of pain.
Wish I would've gone to the Mayo clinic in Rochester for my back care.
I've had numerous shots and tests so far, still in the same pain as when I first went there.
Bad Bad Bad.......
As far as the nurses go, they are pretty great, I do like them. That's about the only positive thing I can comment on this horrid place.
Please consider other options before this place. This place should be a very last resort if needed.
Had to make phone calls to Corporate Headquarters to get things done, fixed all the problems, good job.
