employees stand around , then when your at checkout they treat you like your a criminal
They seem to be handling the busy season in an efficient manner. The gentleman directing customers to checkout lanes kept everything running quite smoothly.
Now, I've been to this target several times. Almost all of my experiences here have been great. If I need something quick I can normally be in and out. Or if I have a list of things to get they have them. One big plus is the friendly employees. However, today when I was checking out my cashier was friendly but one register over there was a family of 3 with their very young child. As they were checking out I see the child was excited to get a new backpack (at least that's what it looked like). As I saw this I looked away and then heard the cashier (employees name tag said Noelle) loud and clear say "let me do my job!" And snatched the backpack from the child because she was excited to have a new one. I was sort of shocked by this. A few others who had heard including the parents seemed shocked by her behavior as well. The cashier did not look even remotely happy, she looked just angry and annoyed like she didn't want to be even talked to by anyone. Just thought I'd put it out there as target does not have any place on there site to put reviews and such.

Wanted a radio for my father. Asked about the one I wanted and was told they didn't have one. Went home and purchased it on line for pick up ( they had 2.) Picked it up the next day. Dad opened it on Christmas and it didn't work. Went to exchange it and shelf was empty again but online said they had 2 again. He brought it out and I wanted to plug it in to make sure it worked. He said he didn't have an outlet in electronics. Went up to registers and asked them also. They said they didn't have an outlet either. 3 trips, zero help and never returning. Horrible service. Bought it at Walmart where I could try it and buy it in 1 trip. Priceless! !!
