I just love this garage,as every time I went in their place I have come away feeling so satisfied. They are all so kind and helpful. My husband was dying and my Mom was sick and I had to go out of town to help her,I noticed my tire was low,I drove into Greg's . He fixed my tire knowing I was really stressed and said NO CHARGE!!!!! Another time my old van died and needed a lot of work and they decided to by it, so they gave me a price and I agreed then they called me back and raised the price,HOW ABOUT THAT!!! MY husband said,Pat that is a wonderful garage when I am gone go there for all of you car needs and you will always be treated fair. So I do and for a gal that knows nothing about cars they have a forever customer THANKS AGAIN GREG'S CHAMPION AUTO!!! PAT SNIDER
I was originally refereed by a few friends to Greg's Champion Auto and I wasn't sure about them, they seemed like any other mechanic shop. However once I got in there I noticed the staff was very knowledgeable and answered whatever questions I had as well as put my worries to ease. I think I first went there to have my Flex Plate for my exhaust I had Greg's replaced on my Toyota Camry. It was a common problem for Toyota's and Greg's Champion Auto took care of it with ease and got my car back the same day if I remember right. That's amazing service. Then something happened I wasn't expecting. I got a message from Greg himself appreciating my business and describing what had been done to my car and if everything was alright and to my satisfaction. I have to say, I've taken my car to many mechanics, and I've never gotten the owner to contact me back before. I contacted my friends and they said the same thing, Greg will contact you personally to make sure everything is alright. That right there, is above and beyond, and why I will continue to use Greg's Champion Auto as my mechanic.
Excellent Customer Service! I like how they were honest with me about what needed to be done to my car after the complementary car inspection. If you want great quality service, go here. And they have a shuttle car so no worries about not being able to get somewhere when you drop your car off.
I have never been to a more professional shop. These guys are knowledgeable and will go above and beyond for you. Again I have not never experience such a great atmosphere auto shop. I would highly recommend you guys for any buddy
Greg and his staff treated me like I was family! I will always bring my vehicle back to them. Loaner car, excellent customer service, good price. They won't fix what doesn't need fixing, and they will explain everything to you respectfully.
