Terrible company. Placed an order 4 weeks ago. Still no update or shipping communication. Sent multiple e-mails, phone calls, and voicemails regarding a status update. CC was charged immediately for an in-stock item and 30 days later still no product.
No response to any communication methods. Filed chargeback with CC company and if this happened to you, I suggest you do the same. Don't waste your time.
