Teller rang me up for a back ordered book TWICE. The other book that I was actually supposed to get still hasn't come in. It's been over 2 weeks. Disappointed with how unorganized they've become.
Such a well put together store! Clearance section is always full and they give money from every purchase back to the school! they even price match to amazon and the off campus bookstore
The books are over priced and they tend to be monopolized as they lobby hard to deter any other book store to open near campus. Even the employees criticize the price of the store
Most of their books are really overpriced compared to online book stores like amazon. If you're using your own money and not using the FAFSA book allowance (most students get $500 that they can use for books) shop for books online, you can save over 50 percent that way.
They match the prices of the off campus bookstore and Amazon!!! The customer service is amazing and everyone is sooo helpful and friendly!! They have great deals and really high quality clothing! :) love this store!! Good name brands to boot
