-They did not have the chrome glitter I asked for.
-It took less than an hour.
Great spa pedicure. Technician did not rush, massaged a decent amount of time.
They didn't do any filing or anything after either, just ripped them off and sent me on my way.
Hands down, one of my favorite nail shops to visit! Ken does a fantastic job of always making my nails looking fabulous and better than I could ask!
Negatives:
-I did not have to wait.
-The cost of the manicure was covered in the gift card.
-The nail tech. trimmed her own long nails straight across so that the edges were jagged, right before the massage at the end. She kept scratching me with her sharp nails because of this. I pulled my hands back several times because of the scratches but she kept doing it.
-The manicure was messy at the end.
Positives:
I normally do not choose this location because of the rating but I had a gift card. So, the positive is that I did not have to pay for my manicure....
First time here, and only went there because someone highly recommended it to me. The person who did my nails decided to charge me $5 extras so he would get a tip even though I had cash to give him a tip. He had dirty utensils, and I saw one worker do a manicure and pedicure and then did another manicure without cleaning the implements. State showed up when my service was about done and my service was stopped and the nail technician put all of his dirty implements in his pocket. When I was done, I couldn't find the inspector to tell him about what I saw...guess I just call in on Monday.
I went to go get my acrylic nails removed and there was no respect for the pain, as they ripped them off.
-The cuticle trim was haphazard and not thorough. In fact, the nail tech. actually just caused my normally well-maintained cuticles to split, peel, and bleed.
