I went in to pick up some shoes my grandmother had ordered - as she lives about an hour away and I live here in town. Very nice man who works there, and double checked my full name to be sure I was supposed to be picking up the shoes. He warned my grandmother that he wouldn't let anyone pick up the shoes before I went, so she called ahead of time. The shoes were already paid for so it was very quick.

I was so upset when I left Kato Comfort Shoes...the salesman working would not sell me shoes for my grandmother because she was not with me. My grandmother is 89 years old and has many sores joints and is unable to get out of her house easily. I explained this to the gentleman but he did not seem to care. I will never step foot in this store again nor will I refer anyone there again!!!!
I am sure you will totally agree with me, after you visit his store, he is the best and the most professional shoe dealer of all time.
If you have special needs as I do, he will adjust the shoes to your feet. I believe everyone should be warring his shoes. Save your knee's, hip's, and back from all the wear and tear of normal life, and poorly fitted shoes.
