I would not buy from them again. They promised that my gutters would be on in two weeks. I am sitting here almost a month latter and I still have no gutters. Called after 3 weeks and they said it would be another two weeks. well that came and went as of yesterday. Now it is going to be Monday before they are on. They lock you in with a down payment that is non refundable after 3 days and run with it. So I don’t want to give them free money to pay for those fancy I-pads they bring with them. I had a quote for someone else that was cheaper and went with Lacina because of the professionalism that they showed, which they are not holding up to. Now the guy down the street has had gutters for 3 weeks while my new yard is getting wiped out because there 2 weeks turned into to 1 month and still no gutters. Should have went with the cheaper guy. I will not say who that is but I would not recommend Lacina go with the guy up the street they are cheaper and get things done!!! Oh they will not do anything but say I am sorry, even a little discount for their error would be a nice jester. Or tell their sales men not to tell the customer a date. Well now I have to fix my new yard full of ruts because I went with what I thought was the better place because I paid a little more for customer service.
Great job with siding and gutters on my new house. Second time using them and will again in the future.
