The seats are getting really ragged out! We went to a movie and few days ago and the first seats we sat in were leaning so far back it felt like I was laying down. It would not come forward to sit comfortably. So we switched seats that were better but one wouldn't recline. I would probably think twice about going here again.
It is a good deal for a movie and snacks, but they are very understaffed. We wanted a refill for our large popcorn and waited and waited so we just left.
This is hands down the best theater I've been to. Clean theater rooms, super comfortable seats and great prices, but the main reason we come here is the customer service. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
Would give 0 zero stars if it were an option. The staff is almost always rude. Last time I was there they (a middle aged red/orange haired woman) thought I wasn't able to hear them and started talking about me...uhh??? The girl working the popcorn kept coughing without covering her mouth well. There is always a line for concessions and on more then one occasion the popcorn has been burnt.
The theatre is not well maintained, the employees are rude. I would rather spend the extra money and patronize one of the other theaters in town.
Many of the seats are falling apart.
The lounge chairs are great and the ticket price is excellent. It's OK with me that the movies are not first run. Wish you still served real food. And the concession prices make up for the ticket prices.
GREAT seats, super cheap Tuesdays, a great variety of movie selection and overall run length (often a month or more), and reserved seating. You MUST get there early at peak times or you won't get a seat. I also love a theatre where the front row is not too close.
