Freaky fast? FREAKING FAIL!!!! 45 minutes to get a sandwich is crazy! Nothing special about our order. Not during a peak time. The male that took my order wasn't very pleasant and didn't give me an ETA. I understand the food biz as I have worked in it off and on for the majority of my life and I know that each hour can be a different challenge. Don't advertise "Freaky fast" if it's gonna take as long to get a sandwich as it does to get a pizza! Very disappointed!!!
I go here way to much but they are always quick and accurate with the orders.

I waited 52 minutes from the time of order to when my sandwich was delivered to my house. I live 0.6 miles away from the Jimmy John’s store. That is unacceptable. The entire sandwich was mushy and soggy, probably because it sat for so long before being delivered. I will not be ordering from here anymore.
The guys at this JJ's are always super nice: sometimes when I'm broke and go in for a Day-old loaf of bread (only 56 cents after tax!) They'll give me an extra one or just let me have it no charge depending on the time of day. Sandwiches are great; the unwiches could be wrapped a little tighter so they don't fall apart though. Overall great service!
