The employees are lazy as hell went there at nine didn't get out til two
It is an awful nightmare to half to go there each and every time. Previously before the remodel, they had more space for people waiting with two windows, but one person attending to everyone. Now after the remodel the space has been cut in half for the people waiting, still with two windows to serve people, but the same yet with only one person serving all of them, while the other window still just remains shut. Talk about wasting tax payers money.
This office has screwed my sons' and I over and over again! They are the worst run office ever! They are worse than the inner cities! They are lazy and incompetent! They made "mistakes" and "lost" our monies several times! They really need to get competent workers in there! They take weeks to get anything done, they loose information, ect. They are very UNDEPENDABLE, and INCOMPETENT!
Passing the buck, non informative with the exception of throwing paper work at you, workers phone is a fax number, I'd be happy to replace one of these bureaucrats.
